--------------

Studio Snoop, we prioritise heart-centric design and systems thinking. We believe design and social impact go hand in hand, and we strive to create places where people feel a sense of belonging. Our team works with a range of partners, including developers, universities, design agencies, foundations, NGOs, government bodies, and communities, to deliver social projects that rethink affordable living, housing for older populations, play spaces for all ages, and meeting points that foster community engagement. By building cultural presence, we seek to make a meaningful impact on society.

This residence is akin to a perpetual holiday retreat, where personal experiences of its inhabitants have influenced the overall aesthetic. The soft edge neutral interior features curvaceous rendered niches and forms while chequered encaustics and soft furnishing provide vibrant interjections of colour. Global styling elements showcase visible texture and subtle imperfections, tiles with natural variations and terrazzos from floor to ceiling lend a sense of tactile luxury. Adding an additional layer of depth, timbers are crafted to sit flushed, recessed, or protrude.

A carefully curated and cohesive palette of contrasting materials is utilised throughout the vast interior creating distinct zones while maintaining a sense of harmony. Each material element serves to highlight and elevate the others, resulting in a space that feels intimately connected and thoughtfully designed. Consequently, this residence is a testament to the concept of a holiday for a home, a Bondi Breeze.
